FAQ
Where do you work? Where can we train together?
I work in Tiohtià:ke also known as Montréal, and am located in the Berri-Uqam area. I can travel at a reasonable distance via bike or public transport.
For consultations we can meet Online or In person in a park, a cafe, or any convenient place we agree on.
For sessions, we can meet in the comfort of your home, outside in parks when the weather allows, or at the queer private gym Le Garage, located at Berri-Uqam.
Do you offer your services online?
Currently the only services I can provide online are Intake Consultations and Advice Consultations.
I do not offer online Coached Sessions, but I’m open to discussing it if you message me.
What goals can you help me with?
Goals are often very personal to each person training. Here’s some goals I could help you with:
- Gender euphoria
- Improving your relationship with your body
- Improving your mental health
- Getting stronger
- Preparing for or recovering from top surgery
- Adapting training to injuries or disabilities
These are just a few examples, if you don’t see your goals in here, get in touch and I can see how to help you achieve them!
I don’t have access to a gym, do I need any equipment?
You can do a lot with very little!
When I make program for folks I always make sure to adapt to your environment and lifestyle. If you can’t purchase any equipment, we can focus on bodyweight workouts that can be done either in parks or from your home for instance.
If you can afford it, some basic equipment can help diversify your options. I usually recommend a set of resistance bands (available in most Dollorama) and/or a door anchor (available online for 10/20$).
You can also go pretty far with small dumbbells.
If you’re not sure what to get, we can talk about it in your Intake Consultation so you feel confident you’re getting the right equipment.
