WELCOME


My name is Sam (they/he), and I started The Unfit Club for anyone seeking an inclusive movement practice that caters to their own needs. As a personal trainer, I care deeply about helping everyone feeling comfortable in their body, regardless of their objectives or experience. Defying the standards of the fitness industry is at the core of my work so that we can reclaim what fitness means to us and have fun while doing it!

Personal Training

I offer one-on-one personal training sessions with a customized program made just for you so I can support you all the way.

Custom Program

I offer custom program tailored to your needs so you can train autonomously and a demo session together.

Advice Consultation

I offer one-off consultations to answer any training related question to offer clear solutions adapted to your situation.

Group Classes

Transmasc Fitness

Come and train to redefine a fitness culture curated to our own needs while we move together and have fun! We work on our strength and confidence, and above all: the joy of training in a safe, welcoming, and non-judgmental space.

No matter what your experience with movement is, what you look like, or where you fall on the masc spectrum: this class is made for us, by us.

I run it monthly every last Saturday of the month. Classes occur at Le Garage, a queer gym near Berri-Uqam, and you can book at the link below for next class! For improved accessibility the class is PWYC for BIPOC and on a scaling price for others.
